HOW TO USE THIS SITE

1. To view the products we can supply for branding, please go to the Products page where you will find a list of online catalogues from our suppliers' websites.

2. Make a note of the products you are interested in and include the following:
- Catalogue name
- Product description
- Product code or style

3. Contact us with the above details.

HOW URGENTLY CAN WE RECEIVE OUR ORDER?

As long as the stock you require is available and your design is already setup with us then allow 4 to 5 working days to process your order. We always pride ourselves in ensuring we meet strict deadlines but obviously the more lead in time you can give us the easier those deadlines can be met.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

While we deal with some larger nationwide companies who require large units we still appreciate the needs of smaller organizations and businesses. However we do need a minimum of 10 units for any install order to make it viable. Thereafter if you need just 2 or 3 garments for a new staff member that is OK and there would be a small freight charge for any repeat orders under 10 units.

COST FOR FREIGHT & SETTING UP OF DESIGNS

Although Oil prices are at a premium these days we still pride ourselves in supplying merchandise FREIGHT FREE for orders of 10 units or more.This can be arranged on most occasions as an overnight courier service.
SETUP FEES - since we do our own digitizing and artwork in-house we can keep these costs to a minimum. Once we have a copy of your logo /design we will be able to give you an accurate cost. We are always happy to discuss with you the ways of keeping your costs to a minimum.

COSTS OF EMBROIDERY/SCREENPRINTING ON APPAREL & LASER PRINTING ON TO GIFTS & PENS

Whenever possible the cost of having your logo embroidered or printed on to your selected merchandise will be included in the cost of the finished product especially for items like pens and promotional gifts. For apparel we can give you a final price which includes the branding of your logo or a breakdown of the price structure so you can understand the individual cost, for example a logo embroidered may vary between 3 to 5 dollars depending on the stitch count which dictates how long the garment will be on an embroidery machine. The cost of screen-printing on to T.Shirts etc is similar in cost to embroidering with the number of colors required determining the final price.

WHAT IF I CANT FIND SOMETHING?

With over 30 online catalogs for our clients to look at we are confident that our extensive one stop website will provide you with the item(s) you are looking for. However if you cannot find what you require we will do our very best to source the product for you. For example we recently provide a large church choir with robes which were not available in any of our online catalogs.

SAMPLES?

What if I am undecided and need to view the product before placing an order? That's no problem, we can arrange a sample of the goods via courier and as long as it is returned within 14 days in the same condition as you received it in then there will be no charge.

HOW CAN I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SPECIALS?

As we have RED HOT specials every month the avaliability varies from time to time. With discounted goods at 40 to 60% off normal retail and sometimes cheaper some garments sell out quicker than others. If you are serious about some of the merchandise on special then we can put aside your requirements so you don't miss out while we sort your design out.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE WHEN ENQUIRING OR ORDERING?

The more accurate and detailed information you supply to us on the contact us page then the easier it is for us to process your enquiry or order.
On the enquiry form could you please include
- the name of the online catalogue,
- the style number and a brief description of the product you are interested in.
- the required number of units
The required delivery date would also be helpful along with all of your contact details. In some cases we will contact you personally to confirm all your requirements with regard to payment arrangements & delivery details.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A QUOTE?

It may be necessary for us to talk to you first with regard to your design and logo so we can give you an accurate quote. As long as we have the correct details and your logo we will have a confirmed quote for you within 48 hours. If you let us know your budget & expectation of the intended merchandise we can work around that figure. Our price structure will vary depending on the number of units required.
